Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program teaches the art the way it was meant to be learned – as a complete grappling system, not just a ground-only sport. While we train modern sport jiu-jitsu, we place equal emphasis on takedowns, wrestling, judo, and MMA-relevant techniques so students develop real, well-rounded skill.
Classes include:
- Stand-up grappling: wrestling shots, judo throws, clinch entries, trips, and takedown defense.
- Ground fundamentals: positional control, escapes, submissions, transitions, and pressure.
- Live training: controlled sparring and situational rounds to pressure-test skills safely.
- MMA-aware techniques: posture, base, and movements that work against strikes as well as in pure grappling.
Whether your goals are self-defense, sport competition, cross-training for MMA, or improving your fitness, our curriculum gives you complete grappling literacy from standing to ground. Beginners are welcome, and the environment is supportive, technical, and focused on helping you progress at your own pace.
