Across 6 structured weeks, you’ll learn the fundamentals of striking, grappling, and MMA transitions:

Striking Fundamentals:

  • Basic punches, kicks, knees, and elbows
  • Footwork, balance, and guard
  • How to hit pads safely and correctly

Grappling & Takedowns:

  • Essential wrestling takedowns and clinch skills
  • How to fall safely
  • Escapes and positional control

MMA Integration:

  • How to blend striking into takedowns
  • Ground control, guard, and simple submissions
  • Basic defense against common attacks

FAQ

“Do I need to be in shape first?”
No. The course will get you into shape gradually. This is meant for complete beginners with no athletic background.

“Can I fight after finishing this course?”
Realistically, an average person with no prior experience will need months to years before they will have a significant advantage over an untrained person if similar size. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. However, this course will lay a solid foundation for you to progress into our regular group classes where you can further progress your skills.

“Is there sparring?”
No hard sparring. Beginners learn technique safely through controlled drills, and low impact games.

“What do I need to bring?”
Just workout clothes and water. We provide the rest.

“Can teens join?”
Yes, teenagers 16 and up are welcome to join this course.
