Kickboxing

Our Adult Kickboxing program blends the most effective elements of Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Sanda into one complete striking system built for real-world performance and MMA. This is not a “fitness kickboxing” class. This is a technical, progressive, and pressure-tested striking program taught the way combat sports are meant to be learned.

Students develop sharp fundamentals, strong conditioning, and practical skill through structured drilling, padwork, controlled sparring, and partner combinations. You’ll learn proper footwork, timing, distance management, defense, and combinations that work in both stand-up striking and mixed martial arts.

This is NOT a cardio kickboxing class. Learn real fighting skills used by our fighters in MMA and other combat sports.

Whether you’re training for self-defense, cross-training for MMA, or simply want an authentic martial arts experience that gets you in shape, this program offers realistic training in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. All levels are welcome, no prior experience required.
