Kids and Youth

Keep your kids physically active year-round! Your kids will LOVE our junior martial arts programs. Our classes combine just the right amount of discipline, exercise, and FUN! Kids learn how to work hard and be rewarded for the efforts. They learn important values like respect, humility, and good sportsmanship. They also get to burn off all that extra energy in our awesome classes.

Our instructors all started martial arts as children themselves and have over 10+ years of experience coaching kids and youth.

Mini BJJ (Ages 3–5)

Our Mini BJJ program introduces young children to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through fun, movement-based games and simple techniques. At this age we focus on building confidence, body awareness, listening skills, and coordination.

Classes are playful and positive while still teaching important values like teamwork, respect, and self-control. It’s the perfect first step into martial arts for energetic little ones.

Kids BJJ (Ages 6–8)

Our Kids program develops strong foundational Jiu-Jitsu skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Students begin learning real techniques, basic positions, and problem-solving on the mats while improving balance, discipline, and focus.

Classes include controlled drills, partner work, and beginner sparring to safely introduce the idea of pressure and resistance. This program helps kids grow confident, active, and resilient, on and off the mats.

Youth BJJ (Ages 9–14)

Our Youth program offers structured training for pre-teens and young teens ready to take their skills to the next level. Students learn effective sport and self-defense techniques, develop athleticism, and build healthy habits through consistent training.

Classes include technical instruction, drilling, and age-appropriate sparring, emphasizing respect, work ethic, and perseverance. Whether their goal is fitness, confidence, or competition, this program helps teens challenge themselves in a positive, motivating environment.

Kids & Youth Kickboxing (Ages 6–14)

Our Kids & Youth Kickboxing program teaches the fundamentals of striking in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Students learn proper technique in punching, kicking, footwork, and defense while building confidence, fitness, and discipline. Classes are high-energy and engaging, blending drills, partner exercises, and controlled pad work — no head contact and no heavy sparring.

We focus on developing coordination, respect, and a strong work ethic, helping students stay active while learning real kickboxing skills.
