How to Start
Option 1:
1 week free trial – Test drive our regular classes
- Choose a location. Scarborough or Markham.
- Choose a class. Look at the schedule for Scarborough or Markham to see the days and times they are offered. Be aware of the age groups / skill levels for each class.
- Register your information here, selecting the date you wish to start.
- You will receive a welcome e-mail once you register telling you what to wear and bring for your first class.
- Show up 5-10 minutes before your class time to get a quick tour and introduction from our staff.
- Do the class and have fun!!!
Option 2:
6 Week Beginner Course <- if you have no previous experience
For those with absolutely no prior experience / athletic background.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays 12pm.
Currently offered at Scarborough location only (770 Birchmount Rd)
If you wish to join our team after your introductory week or beginner course, our staff will be happy to assist you with setting up a membership into our programs. You can check out our membership pricing here
